Agya Auto Ltd. has a more than decade old experience in designing Conventional & Parabolic Leaf Springs. We have successfully desgined over 35 models for our OEM customers. Here's few salient details regarding our Design Capabilities.

We perform Value Engineering to reduce Weight - Value ratio for the required suspension design. Spring design is based on optimising for Stiffness and Fatigue Life of the new design.

Each design is rigorously tested for Stress models and simulated for Fatigue Life before going for final Prototype development and testing under Cycle Testing press & Fatigue Testing machines. Thereafter, once prototypes are validated and tested internally, they are sent for OEM testing.
